Cancellation Policy:
- 24-Hour Notice: Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than - 24 hours' notice will result in the session being forfeited.

Refund Policy:
- Before Start: Full refund minus a 5% processing fee if cancelled within 48 hours of purchase.
- After Program Start: If cancelled within the first two months, a partial refund for the remaining sessions (less a 5% fee) will be offered. No refunds will be issued after the second month of the program

Special Circumstances: For emergencies, sessions may be rescheduled without penalty if notice is given as soon as possible
